In a baper-ing mode right now huhuhu
And due to my writing in english is not good enough, i’ll use this blog as a tool to practice my english. Thus, sorry for the mistakes and feel free to correct me in the comment box below 😀 (emang ada yang baca, lol)
Today is the last day of my ENT station in RS UGM. I really enjoy this last 2 weeks! Big thanks to our doctors, dr. Mahatma Sotya Bawono, SpTHT-KL, M.Sc (dr. Boni) and dr. Ignatius Adhi Akuntanto, SpTHT-KL (dr. Adhi), for all the things you have taught us. They are really such a great yet inspiring doctors i’ve ever met 😀
When i came to the hospital 2 weeks ago, i did not expect anything despite of seeing various diseases, gaining experiences that could contribute to my competences in ENT skills, and knowledge to manage the patients. Yet, i feel like i get more than i expected!
Sooo many lessons to be learned after going through this station. The main valuable lesson is that being a doctor is not only about how you manage patients’ disease, also to treat the patients with full of respect in your own way as well. Not merely by theoritical meaning which i’ve been taught in undergraduate school.
The fact that this is over, makes me baper-ing to left the policlinic (doesn’t mean i want to extend my ENT station, lol :D)
From this, i’ll attach our wefie-time in the rooftop of the hospital (fyi, actually this place is soon-to-be-helipad like in ER TV series hahaha). Due to personal commitment of avoiding share any white-coat photos in my instagram, please allow me to share here. Hope you don’t mind to see these, just an expression of happiness 😀 (emang ada yang liat, lol)
PS : Unfortunately, dr. Adhi, SpTHT-KL wasn’t able to join us because he was in surgery 😦
